Customs & Clearance

Seamless International Customs β€” We Handle It All

Every Anuaglobal order crosses an international border β€” and that means customs. DHL Express acts as the customs agent for all shipments, filing declarations, paying duties on your behalf where applicable, and ensuring your ANUA products arrive without unexpected delays or confiscations.

How DHL Clears Your Anuaglobal Shipment

1

Pre-Shipment Review

Before dispatch, DHL verifies the commercial invoice against the contents of your parcel. Each ANUA product is classified with the correct HS tariff code (cosmetics, personal care, skincare) to prevent misdeclaration at the border.

2

Export Declaration

An electronic export declaration is filed in the origin country on behalf of Anuaglobal, confirming the shipment details, declared value, and country of manufacture of the ANUA products.

3

Import Assessment

On arrival in your country, DHL files the import customs entry. Applicable import duties and VAT are assessed based on the declared invoice value and your country's tariff schedule for cosmetics.

4

Release & Last Mile

Once customs authorities confirm clearance, DHL releases the shipment for last-mile delivery. You receive a delivery notification and your parcel arrives at your door within 1–2 business days of clearance.

Ensure Your Delivery Address Is Accurate

Customs declarations are filed against the delivery address you provide at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address can delay customs clearance and may result in the shipment being returned.
