Once your payment is verified, your order is immediately queued for picking and packing at our fulfilment centre. You receive an order confirmation email with your unique shipment reference.

Each ANUA product is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Orders are typically packed within 1 business day of confirmation.

Handed to DHL

Your parcel is handed to DHL Express with a pre-generated airway bill. A DHL tracking number is created and emailed to you automatically as soon as the handover is complete.

Door-to-Door Delivery

DHL transports your parcel via air freight to the destination country, handles customs clearance, and delivers directly to the address you provided at checkout.
