If your DHL Express shipment arrived damaged, is missing contents, or has been lost in transit, you may be entitled to compensation. Complete the form below and our claims team will investigate within 10 to 14 business days.

What Can Be Claimed

  • Physical damage to shipment contents
  • Loss of entire shipment
  • Missing items from a delivered package
  • Significant delay causing verifiable loss
  • Damage to packaging with intact contents

Filing Deadlines

  • Damage: Within 14 days of delivery
  • Loss: Within 30 days of expected delivery date
  • Delay: Within 21 days of actual delivery

  • Retain all original packaging
  • Take photographs of damage
  • Keep the original invoice for goods
  • Do not dispose of any items
